4rabet UPI Deposit Debited but Not Credited Account

I made a deposit of 4,999.90 INR to my 4rabet account on 25 March via Paytm UPI, linked to my mobile number 8169992*** but the amount has still not been credited to my 4rabet account. The money was successfully debited from my bank through Paytm UPI, yet my 4rabet balance did not increase. After noticing this, I contacted 4rabet customer support and explained that the 4,999.90 INR deposit was missing. Instead of resolving the issue, they told me to contact my bank, even though the transaction was clearly made to 4rabet and the issue is on the platform side, as the amount has left my account. I request that the 4,999.90 INR be refunded to my bank account linked to Paytm UPI as soon as possible, or otherwise that the amount be properly credited to my 4rabet account without any further delay. I expect this issue to be investigated and resolved promptly, as I have already paid the money and received no service in return.
