I made a deposit of 2,000 INR to my 4rabet account on 7 March via UPI using PhonePe. The amount was successfully deducted from my PhonePe, but it was never credited to my 4rabet account balance. After noticing that the money did not reflect in my account, I contacted 4rabet customer support. They only told me to wait and, apart from repeating that, they have given no clear response, time frame, or proper solution. Meanwhile, it has already been 5 days since the transaction, and this situation is preventing me from using the platform. I have made successful deposits before, so this issue is unusual for my account. I request that my 2,000 INR be credited to my 4rabet account immediately without any further delay. If this is not possible, I expect a prompt refund of the full amount back to my PhonePe UPI. I also ask for a clear explanation of why this problem occurred and for it to be prevented in the future.
