I made a deposit on 4rabet via UPI using Paytm on 31 March for the amount of 9,199.99. This amount was debited from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my 4rabet playing account. It has now been several days and not a single part of this amount has appeared in my balance, even though I have made other successful deposits via UPI/Paytm before and after this incident. On 31 March at around 09:09 pm, I first contacted 4rabet support regarding this missing deposit. I reached out to support multiple times (around 7–8 times), and on each occasion I was informed that my deposit with UTR number 399925355756 had been received and registered under ticket number SUP- and that the status was “open”. I was told that the deposit was being processed by the Finance Department and that I should wait for the payment provider to confirm the transaction, after which the amount would be credited shortly. I also have written confirmations/screenshots from 4rabet support clearly stating that this deposit was received and is under processing. In parallel, I contacted my bank/UPI provider, and they confirmed that the transaction was successful, the amount was debited correctly, and it was received on their side, so the problem is not from the bank or Paytm. Despite all this, the money has still not been credited to my 4rabet account, and the situation remains unresolved. I request that 4rabet either immediately credit the full amount of 9,199.99 to my 4rabet gaming account or refund the same amount back to my bank account without any further delay and close the open ticket accordingly. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
