On Thursday, 19 February, at around 8:00 p.m., I requested a withdrawal of 50,000, and the amount has still not reached my bank account. From my side, the withdrawal process was completed successfully on the platform, but the money appears to be stuck and has not been transferred to my bank. When I contacted 4rabet customer support, they only told me that there is an issue with the payment provider and the bank, and they have been delaying the resolution without giving a clear timeframe or a concrete solution.
