4rabet Withdrawal Has Been Pending for a Week Now

I am writing to report a serious problem with a withdrawal I made on 4rabet via bank transfer. On Thursday, 19 February, at around 8:00 p.m., I requested a withdrawal of 50,000, and the amount has still not reached my bank account. From my side, the withdrawal process was completed successfully on the platform, but the money appears to be stuck and has not been transferred to my bank. When I contacted 4rabet customer support, they only told me that there is an issue with the payment provider and the bank, and they have been delaying the resolution without giving a clear timeframe or a concrete solution. This delay of more than a week for such a large amount is causing me serious concern. My reference on the platform is e0380c25-6441-4138-9f5f-572ee26f72c1. I request that my withdrawal be processed to my bank account without any further delay and that I receive clear information about the status of this transaction.
