4rabet Deposit Not Received After 13 Days Despite Payment Proof

This is the screenshot of the deposit that I have not received from 4rabet. Every single day, I am being told that their financial team is continuously working on the issue and that once the payment is confirmed, it will be credited to my account. However, it has already been 10 to 13 days, and the problem is still not resolved.

Despite repeated follow-ups and providing proof of the transaction, I have not received my deposit, and there has been no real progress or clear update. This ongoing delay is extremely frustrating.
