I am writing regarding an unresolved issue with my account on the 4rabet website. I made a deposit through UPI using PhonePe from India on 24 March, with an amount of 2,500, but this amount has still not been credited to my 4rabet balance. My 4rabet account is registered under the email address: sula***[email protected] and mobile number 7457856***. After noticing that the deposit was not reflected in my account, I contacted 4rabet customer support multiple times. Each time they stated that the money did not reach them, even though the payment was successfully completed from my side. I request that my deposit of 2,500 made via UPI PhonePe on 24 March be properly investigated and either credited to my 4rabet account or refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation, supported by transaction verification on their side, as to why the payment was not credited while the amount has been debited from my account.
