I have a problem with my deposits on 4rabet that were made through UPI but have not been credited to my account. On 26 March I deposited 500 INR and on 27 March I deposited 1500 INR using Google Pay and PhonePe, yet neither of these deposits has appeared in my 4rabet balance. My 4rabet account is registered under the name Mann. When I contacted your customer support, I was told that you did not receive any response regarding these transactions and my issue has not been resolved. However, the money has already been debited from my UPI apps. I request that my deposits of 500 INR and 1500 INR from 26 and 27 March be located and immediately credited to my 4rabet account, or otherwise refunded to my original payment methods. I also ask for a clear explanation of why the deposits were not credited despite successful payment on my side.
