₹1,500 Deducted but Not Added to 4rabet Wallet

I am experiencing a serious issue with 4rabet regarding a UPI deposit that has not been credited to my account. On April 3, 2026, I made a deposit of 1,500 INR via UPI. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it has still not been added to my 4rabet wallet.
I contacted 4rabet customer support about this issue, and they informed me that my payment is currently being reviewed by their Finance Department. However, despite this response, the funds are still missing from my wallet, and I have not received any clear resolution. My ticket number for this issue is SUP-1293724.
I request that my 1,500 INR deposit be credited to my 4rabet wallet as soon as possible and that I be provided with a clear explanation for the delay.
