4rabet Deposit Scammed By Payment Agent

I deposited 5,000 rupees into my 4rabet account on 9 March 2026, but the amount has still not been added to my balance. After the deposit, the money was debited from my bank, yet it is not showing in my 4rabet account wallet at all. During this process, a payment agent connected with 4rabet scammed me. Instead of the money safely reaching my 4rabet account, the payment was taken through the UPI ID 7545842810@mbkns in the name of Harsh K***, and my account was never credited, so the amount has effectively disappeared. I also have the mobile number of this person and can share it with the necessary authorities if needed. I contacted 4rabet customer support many times about this issue. They created a support ticket with the number SUP-1187941, but despite this, my problem has not been resolved and the balance has still not been credited. For this payment I also have the transaction reference, UTR number 688488207625, which confirms that the payment was successfully processed from my side. I request that my 5,000 rupees deposit be immediately credited to my 4rabet account, or, if this is not possible, that the full amount be refunded to my original payment method without any further delay. I also expect a clear written explanation regarding the role of the payment agent Harsh K***, how this scam was allowed to happen, and what action will be taken about the UPI ID 7545842810@mbkns and the related mobile number used in this transaction.
