Withdrawal Amount Not Received After Days

I am filing this complaint about my 1xBet account with ID 1320184*** regarding a withdrawal by bank transfer that has not been paid within the agreed timeframe. I requested a withdrawal on 13/06/2026 and at the time of making the request, the stated limit for processing was 72 hours, but this period has now passed and I still have not received the payment. After noticing the delay, I contacted 1xBet customer support. Instead of respecting the original 72‑hour timeframe that was shown when I requested the withdrawal, I was told that I now have to wait 7 banking days for the payment. This change of timeframe after the request was made is unacceptable to me and creates uncertainty about when, or even if, I will receive my money. I request that my withdrawal by bank transfer be processed and paid to me immediately, in line with the 72‑hour limit that was originally indicated when I made the withdrawal request, and that the status of my payment be clearly updated.
Why is my withdrawal not credited to my bank account even though it shows "Withdrawal Successful"? Why?!! My query has been closed, but I still haven't received my money, and my problem has not been resolved. Please explain what is happening and credit my funds as soon as possible.
