Need Immediate Verification Of My 1xBet Account

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the way my verification and withdrawal request is being handled by 1xBet. I had already completed a full verification earlier, which took three days the first time. Despite this, on December 20 I requested a withdrawal of $540 from my account (ID: 1901498***), and I was unexpectedly asked to go through verification again. I submitted all the requested documents, and the photos are of good quality, yet my account is still not verified and the withdrawal has not been processed. On December 20 I also wrote to customer support, but I have not received any response at all. The complete lack of feedback and clarity about the status of my verification and withdrawal is unacceptable, especially considering that the amount is significant and I have fully complied with all the requirements. I kindly request immediate verification of my account and prompt approval and payment of my withdrawal, as well as a clear explanation for the delay and for the repeated verification despite having already passed it before.
