My withdrawal from my bank card with Request ID 485749302340, made on 15 January for an amount of 880 euros, has been stuck in processing for more than three days. At first, I tried to take it lightly, but now I am really at my limit. You credit deposits very quickly on the site, yet when it comes to withdrawing my winnings, I am forced to wait at least 72 hours, and I still have no result. I find it unacceptable and ridiculous that my own money is blocked for this long without any clear explanation. I have contacted your customer support many times, and every time I only receive the same answer: that the payment is “in process”. This standard response without any real information or action is not satisfying, especially considering the amount and the time that has already passed. I request that you urgently review my case, finalize this withdrawal of 880 euros to my bank card, and ensure that the funds are credited without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation for this long processing time so that such a situation does not happen again.
