I Face Missing Deposit on 1xBet Account After ₺3,000 Bank Transfer

On August 10, 2025, at 21:15, I deposited ₺3,000 into my 1xBet account via bank transfer through QNB Finansbank. I used my own name, K.D., as the account holder, and I have the payment receipt as proof. Despite completing the transaction correctly, nearly two full days have passed, and the amount still has not been credited to my betting account. Because of this delay, I was unable to place my bets and lost valuable opportunities.

This was my first time depositing money on 1xBet, and I did not expect to encounter such a problem. When I contacted customer service, I was told that transactions are reviewed in order and are usually resolved within 24 hours. However, it has now been over 48 hours with no resolution or update, and my issue remains completely unaddressed.
