My bet on Over 5.5 Shots on Target was clearly won, yet my stake was refunded under the vague explanation of a "technical error." Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, including calling 1xBet customer service twice and sending multiple messages, I only received a repeated response stating that "refund is the best I can get" and that 1xBet reserves the right to cancel bets in case of a technical error.
No Error in Odds: The odds were set at 2.07, which means they were calculated and displayed correctly at the time of placing the bet. There was no obvious mistake or mispricing.
Lack of Transparency: I contacted your customer service twice, yet no representative could specify what this so-called technical error was. If an error occurred, I deserve a clear explanation with evidence.
Unfair Treatment: I placed a fair bet, and it won. If there was truly a mistake on your end, that is not my responsibility as a customer. Why should I suffer because of your errors?
