However, since Sakaryaspor fielded too many foreign players, the Turkish Football Federation officially ruled the match 3-0 in favor of Sivasspor. Despite this, 1xBet has not updated my ticket’s result, and it still appears as lost. My user ID is 30740***. I invested ₺1,319.25 in this ticket and was expecting winnings of ₺14,365.41. I contacted customer service regarding the issue but have not received any response. As the match result was officially changed by the federation, I request that my ticket be updated accordingly and my winnings credited to my account. I kindly ask for an urgent resolution to this matter.
If anyone is curious, the process ended with 1xbet offering no solution and me deleting the app and sending a request to close my account. 1xbet is over for me. This is a platform that doesn't even comply with its own terms and conditions and deceives its customers with whatever argument suits it at the moment.
