1xBet Refuses to Credit My Cashback Bonus Despite 20 Days of Losses

For the past 20 days, despite experiencing significant losses on the 1xBet website, my cashback (loss bonus) has not been credited to my account, and the bonus date has not been updated. Recently, I’ve noticed that the platform’s overall performance and reliability have declined — cashback bonuses that users are entitled to are no longer being issued, which has increased my frustration even more.
When I contacted 1xBet customer service, I only received automated and unhelpful responses that did not address my issue. This lack of transparency and support has made me lose trust in the platform, and I no longer intend to deposit money until this is resolved.
I am requesting that my cashback bonus be properly updated and credited to my account immediately. I expect 1xBet to take responsibility for this issue and ensure that users receive the bonuses they are rightfully entitled to.

On October 22, around 17:00, I deposited 5100 TL into my 1xbet account via transfer/EFT through TEB bank. However, despite hours passing since the transaction, the money has not been credited to my account. It was not possible to reach customer service; I was only able to contact an admin on Telegram. I was told that the money would be deposited within 3 to 6 hours, but even though this time has passed, the transaction still has not been completed and I have not received any response. Also, it is not possible to connect to the live chat line of customer service.
I had a similar situation before, but it was not such a big problem. Now, I request that the amount I deposited be credited to my account or refunded. I kindly ask for my issue to be resolved urgently.
