1xBet Marked My Standard Liège vs Antwerp Bet as Lost After 88th Minute Suspension

On October 17, 2025, I placed a ₺4,000 bet (bet slip number 71410408781) on the Standard Liège vs. Antwerp match for Over 1.5 goals at the 87th minute through 1xBet. Just one minute later, in the 88th minute, the match was suspended.

Official sources later confirmed that the game would resume on Monday from where it stopped. However, despite this, 1xBet marked my bet as lost. When I reached out to customer support, I received only automated responses and no actual assistance.

This is not the first time I have faced such an issue. Previously, during the Turkey–Georgia match, I placed a special bet (“medical staff enters the field”), which was also unfairly marked as lost. Between both incidents, I have lost a total of ₺8,000, and this is now the fourth time I’ve experienced an unjust loss on this platform.

Although my account remains active, when I tried to close my account, I was asked to provide ID and selfie verification, which feels unnecessary given the situation.

I am demanding a refund of my total ₺8,000 loss, which includes both disputed bets. 1xBet has completely lost my trust, and I will never place another bet on this platform again. I expect 1xBet to take responsibility, acknowledge player losses caused by system or decision errors, and resolve my complaint immediately.
