1xBet Holding My $235 Deposit for 18 Days With No Resolution

On November 22, 2025, I transferred $235 from my personal Garanti Bank account to my 1xBet account. On the 1xBet side, the transaction is shown under the number 10*09. Despite this, the money has still not been credited to my 1xBet account.

When I contacted live support, I was first told that the transfer would be completed within 1–11 days and that I needed to submit certain documents. I provided every document they requested, fully and without any missing information, yet there has been no progress. I can no longer get clear support from live chat—only repeated responses saying the transaction is “in process.”

Even though I have been waiting for 18 days, my money has still not been credited and the issue continues. I request that the $235 transfer dated November 22, 2025, be credited to my 1xBet account without any further delay, and that I receive a written, clear explanation regarding this process.
