I was contacted by 1xBet customer support and received assistance, thank you.

I am writing to report an issue I am experiencing with my 1xBet account regarding my e‑wallet withdrawals, which have been pending without any progress since January 5th. My account ID is 1901394740, and I am accessing the service from Canada. On January 5th, I submitted an e‑wallet withdrawal request after logging into my account, entering the amount, and confirming the transaction as instructed. The request appeared in my account, but the status did not change at all. I repeated the same process and submitted a second withdrawal request, and again, the status remained unchanged. In total, 70 dollars is currently stuck in these two pending withdrawals. I contacted 1xBet customer support about this situation. However, instead of checking my account or the specific transactions, they only sent me links to the standard Q&A section, which did not resolve the problem or explain why my withdrawals are not being processed. I kindly request that my account and withdrawal requests be checked in detail, that the reason for the delay be clearly explained to me, and that my total of 70 dollars be paid out to my e‑wallet as soon as possible.
