On December 24, I requested a withdrawal of 555 USD from my 1xBet account to my e-wallet. Since then, the withdrawal status has remained “pending” with no progress, and the entire amount of 555 USD is still blocked in my balance. On December 25, I opened a support ticket in the app (ticket number 599375930). In response, I only received repeated, template-style replies telling me to “wait,” phrased in different ways, without any real explanation, time frame, or concrete information. No additional documents or verification were requested from me, yet my withdrawal has still not been processed, and although I can access my account, I cannot use the blocked amount. I find this situation extremely frustrating and unacceptable, as my money has been held for days without any clear reason or resolution. I request that my 555 USD withdrawal be processed to my e-wallet without any further delay and that I receive a clear explanation of why this withdrawal has been pending for so long despite my support ticket and repeated follow-ups.
