On May 31, 2026, I sent approximately $126 to my 1xBet account using the FAST/EFT bank transfer method through my personal bank account. The transaction was successfully processed by my bank that same night, and I have the receipt and all transaction details available as proof. Despite this, the funds have still not been credited to my 1xBet account.
After experiencing this issue, I opened a support ticket through the website and also sent the payment receipt by email, providing all relevant information and documentation. However, instead of resolving the problem, I was repeatedly told that I needed to submit a deposit request through the FAST bank transfer option. At the same time, the FAST bank transfer feature, which is normally available, has been inaccessible to me for approximately 24 hours.
Given that the payment receipt clearly confirms the transfer, I believe the review process is being unnecessarily prolonged and that customers are being left in a difficult position. I request that 1xBet urgently investigate this transaction and immediately credit the approximately $126 transfer to my 1xBet account.
I also request compensation for the inconvenience caused by this delay and ask that 1xBet review the procedures of its finance department to prevent similar issues from affecting other users in the future. Relevant receipts and screenshots have been provided as supporting evidence.
