On June 11, 2025, I attempted to deposit €10 into my 1win account, but my bank account was charged €20. When I contacted customer service, they blamed it on an error and told me to try depositing again. I, foolishly, followed their advice and made the same transaction, only to be charged another €20 from my bank, while still only receiving €10 in my game account. This is a blatant rip-off, and I'm being charged double!
I've been trying to get through to customer service for five days straight, and all they do is give me the runaround. They demanded payment receipts, which I provided. Then they asked for dates and times, which I also sent. Finally, they insisted on bank statements, which I reluctantly supplied. Despite providing every piece of evidence they requested, they've offered no real help and are just dismissing me.
I believed 1win was a legitimate and high-quality platform, but I'm completely disillusioned. The attached screenshot clearly shows four €10 charges from my bank, but only two of those deposits ever appeared in my game account. 1win, you need to fix this immediately! Refund the overcharged amounts and ensure my account reflects the correct deposits. Stop the deceitful charges and provide real customer support. I demand a swift and satisfactory resolution to this frustrating and dishonest situation.
