I Sent Money to My 1win Account but the Balance Never Updated

I am writing to report a serious issue regarding a deposit I made to my 1win account. On May 11, 2026, I transferred 100,000 PKR to my 1win account with ID 308647787 through a bank transfer. The transaction was completed successfully from my bank’s side, and the money was deducted from my bank account, but the funds still have not been credited to my 1win balance.

After noticing the missing deposit, I contacted 1win customer support for assistance. Initially, I was told to wait 72 hours for the issue to be resolved. However, even after that waiting period had passed, the deposit was still missing from my account. Instead of providing a proper solution, I was asked to continue waiting without receiving any clear explanation or estimated resolution time.

This situation is extremely stressful because a large amount of money has already left my bank account, yet I cannot access it through my 1win account or recover it. I also have screenshots and official banking proof confirming that the transfer was completed successfully.

I urgently request that my missing deposit of 100,000 PKR be credited to my 1win account immediately without any further delays, or that 1win provide a clear and immediate solution to this problem. I expect the company to carefully review the banking evidence I can provide and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
