I Can't Access My Money On Payeer
I have been using a Payeer account in which I currently have a balance of 2,138 USD. For several months I have not been able to access my account because the Payeer website appears to be closed and is not accessible at all. There is no error message on login; the main problem is that the site itself is not available, so I am completely prevented from reaching my funds. After this access problem started, I tried to contact Payeer support via the email addresses I could find, but when I send emails, Gmail replies that no such email address exists for any of the Payeer support emails I tried. It also appears that the Payeer domain itself is gone, so there is no working website or official contact channel available. The lack of any visible support or communication is very worrying, especially given the amount involved. I request that Payeer provides me with a way to fully withdraw the 2,138 USD balance held in my account as soon as possible and informs me clearly about how my funds will be returned and what has happened with the service.
