I Lost My 20000 While Depositing Into My 1win Wallet

I deposited 20,000 Indian rupees into my 1Win account, but the money still hasn’t been credited—even though it's now been 30 days! When I first contacted customer support, they told me it could take up to 24 hours, which is already absurd, since no reputable site takes this long for deposits. But after 7 days, my funds are still missing, and they are saying it was activated by another user. How can another user activate my deposit. I didn't even share my screenshot to anyone they simply saying you shared with someone and they activated it. And then they are ending the chat. Am I mad or what to give the payment screenshot to any other person. I only given the screenshot in chat support. Chat support people are misusing the screenshots and they are funding our money in to theirs accounts. This situation is unacceptable. 1Win, I demand that you immediately credit my 20,000 to my account or refund it promptly. Stop ignoring my attempts to contact you—resolve this issue urgently.
