I Face 1win Account Blocked With 6500 AZN Balance Stuck


I am a user of the 1win.az platform from Azerbaijan, and my account was blocked on April 17, 2026, without any explanation. At the time of the block, my account had a balance of approximately 6,500 AZN, and I can no longer access or use these funds.
Since the date of the block, I have been completely unable to log in, use my account, or withdraw my balance. I contacted 1win.az customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response or explanation, leaving me entirely uninformed about the reason for the restriction.
I request that my account be urgently reviewed and that I be provided with a clear explanation for why it was blocked. I also demand that my full balance of 6,500 AZN be released and paid to me without any deductions as soon as possible.
I kindly ask for a prompt resolution to this issue and expect either my account to be restored or my funds to be returned immediately.
