I am writing to report a severe technical glitch I experienced while playing the Aviator game on 1win. My account ID is 948*** and my registered email is robert.wil***[email protected]. During my session, I clearly pressed the cash out button when the multiplier reached exactly 5x. However, the game interface failed to update, did not register my action, and then showed that the plane crashed, resulting in an unfair loss of my bet. Right after this happened, I immediately contacted live chat support. Instead of actually checking my game session and investigating the specific round, the operator sent a generic automated response stating that “all game rounds are final” and completely ignored my request to escalate the chat to a manager. This level of customer service is unacceptable when I am clearly reporting a potential platform error that directly affected the outcome of my game. I demand that your technical department review the server and game logs for that specific Aviator round, including my cash out input and its timing, and that my rightful winnings be manually credited to my account if it is confirmed that I pressed cash out at 5x as described. I also expect a clear explanation of what went wrong so that similar technical issues do not occur again.
