1win Won't Send Email Verification - Can't Withdraw Funds

I've been trying to verify my email on 1win so I can take out my money, but I haven't gotten any verification emails. How can this be happening? Honestly, I’m having a hard time figuring out what’s happening. I’ve used different email addresses, but sadly, the problem is still there — no emails are coming through. How do you go about verifying your email on 1win? Is there another way to do this? This issue seems to be getting ignored, and I could really use some help with it.
