My 1win withdrawal payment has been pending for over 72 hours. I am a VIP user, yet I am receiving third-class service. I need this amount refunded to my account immediately. The support team raised a ticket, but the payments team has not provided a proper response—they just keep saying to wait. Even the Telegram bot request still shows as pending.
