I am writing about an issue with a missing deposit on my 1win casino account. On 3 June at approximately 23:15, I deposited R70 into my 1win account from South Africa using my Capitec credit card. The amount was successfully deducted from my Capitec account, but it has still not reflected in my 1win balance on the app. My 1win account ID is 360724661, and this is the account that should have been credited. I have payment proof and a transaction reference from Capitec clearly showing that the payment was completed and the R70 was taken from my bank account. I contacted 1win customer support about this issue, but they replied that there is no pending money on my account. Despite this, the bank transaction is successful on my side and the funds are missing only on 1win. I request that my 1win account be promptly credited with the missing R70 based on the completed transaction and the proof of payment I can provide, or that the situation be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
