I contacted live chat support and email support on Sunday, and the live agent informed me that my case was forwarded to the relevant department. However, more than 48 hours have passed and nothing has changed; the error is still there and my funds are still blocked. I request that 1win immediately sync and correct the KYCAID status on my account so that the verification success reflected in your email is also reflected in the app, and I can access withdrawals without any further delay.
