1win KYC Documents Rejected for Blur but No Option to Resubmit

I'm writing about a KYC verification problem and a pending withdrawal on my 1win account. I requested a withdrawal of ₹2,800 one day ago and it's still showing as pending. After submitting the withdrawal request, I received a link from 1win to my Gmail to complete my KYC. I followed all the steps and finished the process successfully. My KYC status initially showed as approved, but then my documents were rejected due to a blur issue. The problem is that I was never given any option or a new link to resubmit my documents. I also emailed 1win support about this but haven't received any reply, and I still have no new link or way to re-upload anything. I used my Aadhaar card for the KYC process and I'm fully prepared to submit clear copies right away. My 1win account ID is 338495091.
I'm kindly requesting that a new KYC or re-verification link be sent to me as soon as possible so I can resubmit my documents, complete the verification process, and get my pending ₹2,800 withdrawal processed without any further delay.
