I am a My KONAMI user and I am having a problem changing my registered email address. Today I tried to update my email through the system, but the verification code required for the email change never arrives in my inbox, so I cannot complete the process. Because the code does not come, I am currently unable to change my email and this creates a risk for access and account security in the future. I request that my email address be changed manually by your support team and that the problem with the verification code system be checked and resolved.
