KFC Late Delivery Cold Food Hot Bottles

I recently placed an online order from KFC Ittehad, Karachi, and had a very disappointing experience with both the food quality and the service. I ordered four Crunch with fries and drink deals, each costing 590 rupees. The order was booked around 12:00 a.m., and I received it around 1:00 a.m., even though I live in Defence View Phase 2 and KFC Ittehad is approximately 10 minutes away from my home. My order number was 807334. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and of very poor quality. The burger was dry with just plain chicken and no sauce, and the fries were not good at all. Overall, it felt like I had ordered from a random neighborhood shop rather than a well-known brand like KFC. Even the drink was too warm instead of chilled. We ate the food because it had already been delivered, but we were completely unsatisfied and deeply disappointed with the experience, to the point that I feel I should never order again. I request that you provide a proper replacement for the four Crunch deals and also investigate why there was such a delay in delivery that the food arrived cold and the drink was warm, despite the short distance from the branch to my home.
