Azar Android App Hit Me With an "Inappropriate Behavior" Penalty I Don't Deserve

Despite never behaving inappropriately or causing any disturbance to other users on the Azar Android app, my account was penalized for "inappropriate behavior" and I have been unable to send messages for approximately 24 hours. This has resulted in me being falsely accused and prevented from using the app normally.
I submitted a detailed support request through the app explaining the situation, but have received no response whatsoever. Being hit with a restriction like this without any justification or explanation is causing me real harm.
I am requesting that my account be thoroughly reviewed taking all conversations and records into account, that this penalty — which I firmly believe was issued in error — be removed, and that my ability to send messages be restored immediately.
