I am absolutely furious with 1win! I made a deposit, but my money was never credited to the site; it just completely vanished! I contacted live support, and they had the audacity to tell me my transaction would be "under review" for anywhere between 1 and 7 days. This is an outrage!
There's no reason for a deposit review to take that long. It's my money, and it's stuck in limbo. This prolonged "investigation" period is completely unacceptable. I'll update this complaint once they finally decide on a "result." I'm eager to see what conclusion they reach after such an absurdly long review.
