The money was successfully debited from my bank account under transaction UTR number 110345349833, and according to my bank, the amount has been credited to the recipient details that match the 1win deposit transaction. However, in my 1win account the deposit is shown as “cancelled” and the money has not been credited to my balance. I contacted 1win customer support regarding this issue, but so far I have not received any response or solution. My money is stuck even though the payment clearly went through from my side, and the cancelled status on your platform is causing me serious concern. I request that you urgently verify this transaction using UTR number 110345349833 and credit the 7,500 rs to my 1win account as soon as possible. If for any reason this cannot be done, I expect a full and immediate refund of 7,500 rs to my bank account.
