I deposited an amount of 14,000 into my 1win account using Paytm, and I provided the UTR number as proof of the successful transaction. It’s been over a week now, and despite reaching out to the support team multiple times and submitting a request as instructed, I still haven’t received the funds in my account. Each time I contact support, they just tell me to wait another 24 hours. It’s now been more than a week, and I need a clear resolution to this issue.
