I have a serious issue with my 1win account (ID: 367635***) and an IMPS bank withdrawal that I requested on 13 June. I requested a withdrawal of 8,300 via IMPS, but the payment has been stuck in pending status and, in addition, my account has been locked without any clear explanation. My balance is blocked together with this withdrawal, and I am unable to access my account. After noticing that the withdrawal was not processed and that my account was locked, I contacted 1win customer support by email from my registered address t6590***[email protected], but I have not received any response so far. This situation is very worrying and unfair, especially as I have not done anything wrong and I am not informed of any violation or reason for this action. I kindly request that my 1win account be unlocked as soon as possible and that my 8,300 IMPS withdrawal be processed and credited to my bank account without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation for why my account was locked and why my emails have been ignored.

I Email 3-4 time Your Security Team But Still No reply From Them. I Kindly Request You Please Take This Matter Seriously And Solve my problem . I assuring you that I didn't did anything violence of 1win terms, id I did anything just give me proof and I will leave my account.
