On 27 April, I requested a withdrawal of ₹50,000 from my 1win account (gaming account ID: 349259***) via IMPS. The transaction showed as “successful” on the same day in 1win, but even after 13 days the money has not been credited to my bank account. I opened a support ticket with 1win under ID Spp-104104 and have repeatedly contacted customer support, but I only receive generic, automatic replies asking me to wait, without any clear explanation, proof of transfer, or a concrete resolution timeframe. This situation is causing serious concern, as a large amount has been stuck for many days. I request that 1win immediately refund the ₹50,000 back to my 1win wallet so that my funds are no longer blocked. I will attach the relevant screenshots of the withdrawal for your review and expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

But it's been 12 days completed still you're unable to find a single transaction I'm afraid how much more time you required to fund back into wallet

It's been 13 days since I placed withdrawal of 50000 I'm still unable to find a proper solution. I have provided my bank statement and bank response if payment provider isn't available it's your problem you should refund my money into 1 win wallet atleast who'll wait for 12 days for a single transaction. With great faith and trust we play in your 1 win platform don't make users to wait like this
