1win IMPS Withdrawal Marked Successful But Money Missing

On 27 April, I requested a withdrawal of ₹50,000 from my 1win account (gaming account ID: 349259***) via IMPS. The transaction showed as “successful” on the same day in 1win, but even after 13 days the money has not been credited to my bank account. I opened a support ticket with 1win under ID Spp-104104 and have repeatedly contacted customer support, but I only receive generic, automatic replies asking me to wait, without any clear explanation, proof of transfer, or a concrete resolution timeframe. This situation is causing serious concern, as a large amount has been stuck for many days. I request that 1win immediately refund the ₹50,000 back to my 1win wallet so that my funds are no longer blocked. I will attach the relevant screenshots of the withdrawal for your review and expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
