1win Account Deletion Request - Credit Report Issue

I have a 1win account registered via the website which is linked to the email addresses babes0***@gmail.com or dubadubababal***@gmail.com, and I urgently want this account to be deleted. The existence of this account and its records are negatively affecting my credit profile, as 1win is appearing on my Clearscore report and has been contributing to loan rejections. I first noticed 1win appearing on my Clearscore profile in 2024, and since then I have repeatedly tried to delete my account without any success. I have already sent an email to 1win customer support requesting permanent account deletion and the removal of any related data that impacts my credit profile, but I have never received any reply. I request that my 1win account, linked to the above email addresses, be permanently closed and that all related records that are harming my credit profile be removed as soon as possible. I also ask for written confirmation once the account has been deleted and any negative impact on my credit report has been addressed.
