I used the online platform at the domain 1-win.rest (profile page: https://1-win.rest/profile) from Australia, and I believe I have been scammed. On the date of this complaint, I made my first deposit of 50 USD from my Trust Wallet for KYC purposes. After that, the platform requested another 100 USD from my crypto wallet for “verification”. I paid this as well, so in total I have sent 152 USD to this site. Despite these payments, the platform is now asking me to pay an additional 442 USD, claiming that only then will I be allowed to withdraw my funds. Before making these payments, I was shown information stating that no other payments would be required in order to make withdrawals, and I have photo evidence of this promise. However, the system is now demanding more money, which directly contradicts what was stated earlier. I contacted the platform’s support, which appears to be an AI program, and it replied that it has no control over the system and mentioned something about a new rule update, without providing a real solution or concrete information. At this point, I feel misled and believe the platform is behaving in a fraudulent manner by repeatedly asking for more money instead of allowing withdrawals as initially promised. My expectation is clear: if this platform is legitimate, I want my withdrawal to be processed immediately without any additional payments, in line with the earlier statements I was shown. If it is not legitimate or refuses to respect its own conditions, I request that the necessary action be taken against this domain and that it be shut down to prevent further harm to other users.
