I have been an active Roblox player from Turkey for about seven years, using my account under the username @cagosago on PC. On 15 May, my longtime account was suddenly deleted for alleged “exploit” use. The notice states that the account action is related to Roblox’s anti-cheat detections, but I have never personally exploited or used any cheats on my own. In the past, a friend once logged into my account and caused me to receive a six‑month ban by claiming he would “make me stronger” in the game. Apart from that incident, I have not used any unauthorized software or methods. Because of this background, I strongly believe that my current account deletion and classification as exploiting is unjust and does not reflect my own actions as a player. This account is around seven years old and represents not only more than 51,000 Robux (and, as far as I remember, a total value of over 113,000 Robux) but also my life savings and many memories built over the years. With the deletion of the account, I have lost access to all my purchases, items, and the emotional value of the time and effort invested in the platform. I contacted Roblox Support multiple times and created several tickets (Roblox Support Ticket 169913325, Ticket 169699352, Ticket 135507474, and Ticket 169930217). The response I received stated that the account status is connected to anti‑cheat detections and that they cannot remove the current action, and they referred me to the anti‑cheat support guide. However, this answer does not address my specific situation, especially considering my previous experience where another person’s actions on my account led to punishment. I am requesting a detailed re‑review and appeal of the decision on my account together with a transparent explanation of the specific anti‑cheat detections that were triggered. I also request that the logs or at least a clear summary of the anti‑cheat findings related to my account be shared with me, so I can understand exactly what I am being accused of and respond properly. Considering that I did not personally exploit and that this account represents my long‑term time, effort, and financial investment, I kindly ask for the reactivation of my account or, if that is not possible, a fair solution that compensates for the Robux and in‑game value I have permanently lost.
