Account Paused for One Year Without Any Resolution

I have been facing a serious issue with my 10cric account for about one year. Whenever I try to log in, I only see a message that my account is paused, and I am completely unable to access it. I am trying to log in from India. I opened this account roughly two years ago and had been able to use it before this problem started. When I contacted 10cric customer support, they simply told me to log in and use the live chat, but since my account is paused, I cannot even reach the chat support from inside my account. This has left me stuck without any clear way to resolve the issue. I am also concerned that there may be some balance, pending bets, or bonuses in the account, but I cannot check anything because I am locked out. I kindly request that my account be properly reviewed and reactivated or that I am given a clear explanation and solution. If the account cannot be reopened, I expect detailed information about any remaining balance or activity and for any funds, if present, to be returned to me. I also request a working contact method so that I can follow up if further verification is required from my side.
