I have been unable to access the 10cric website through my browser for several days, and I want this issue to be resolved. Since April 30, 2026, the 10cric website has not been opening when I try to use it on my iPhone with the Chrome browser, and this problem is still continuing as of May 6, 2026.
Because of this issue, I have not been able to place bets as I normally would. I have not yet contacted 10cric customer service regarding this problem.
I request that my access to the website be restored so that I can open the site normally on my iPhone and continue placing my bets without interruption. I also ask to be informed clearly about the reason for this access issue.
