I have an online betting account with Africa Bet, and since 2 April 2026 I have not been able to access the site at all. The site simply does not open and this problem has been continuous without any interruption. I am trying to access Africa Bet from Harare, Zimbabwe. To make sure the problem was not on my side, I tried using different browsers and even a different phone, but the site still would not open in any of these attempts. I contacted Africa Bet via email to report this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I would like this access problem to be investigated urgently, my account and access to the platform to be restored, and I expect a clear explanation of the cause of this interruption and how it will be prevented in the future.
