10 Minute English Charged Without My Consent and Started 1-Year Subscription

I downloaded the 10 Minute English app just to try the free trial lessons, nothing more. I never agreed to any full subscription, yet the app charged my account approximately ₺2300 without asking for my permission. They automatically signed me up for a 1-year membership, even though I never confirmed or approved such a purchase. This is absolutely unacceptable. What gives them the right to take money from my account whenever they feel like it? I demand an immediate refund of the ₺2300 they unlawfully took and the cancellation of the subscription I never agreed to. If this isn’t resolved right away, I will escalate the matter legally. Apps like this should not be allowed to operate with such shady practices.
