Lost Access to Trust Wallet Balance After Security Verification Scam

Since October 3, 2025, I have been unable to access my 247,686 USDT balance stored in the Trust Wallet app. While using the app on my Android phone, I didn’t receive any warning or error messages. During this time, a person claiming to be an auditor told me that my funds had been frozen and demanded ₺1,050,000 to prevent my account from being sent for a “security investigation.” However, I couldn’t make that payment, and they later said my case had been forwarded for investigation.

After that, I made two separate crypto transfers totaling ₺880,000, but even then, my balance was never restored. Once I updated the app, my USDT balance completely disappeared, and every time I log in now, it no longer shows up. I haven’t been in contact with Trust Wallet’s support team or customer service.

I demand that my blocked 247,686 USDT balance be returned to me immediately.
