My Zynga Points Reset Prematurely—Requesting Resolution
My Zynga Panayır points multiplier of 8x got reset to zero in just 2 hours, despite it being supposed to last for 24 hours. I turned on the 8x multiplier on Tuesday evening, but it was reset shortly after. In addition, I've noticed that the items I attempt to collect from the "at work" button do not show up in my inventory. It becomes quite challenging to compete on an equal playing field. Please address this matter as it is causing a great deal of frustration.
