My initial loss was $89, and now my remaining balance of $283 has decreased to $27 without any modifications or transactions being made in the game. At this point, I am at a lost because customer service is not providing any aid. I am demanding that the producers of the game investigate the activity on my account and swiftly refund any items that have been lost.
